Are you a business wanting to receive regular recurring payments? Not a problem. A one-off payment? We’ve got that covered too.

redPAY is a fully automated payment gateway system that enables you (the business owner) to get paid on time, eliminating bad debts and ensuring cashflow. And with redPAY’s API integration capability you can easily integrate it with your core business / CRM / accounting system, resulting in smoother business processes, less administration and data entry – and more certainty and knowledge of your finances.

For a very low-cost you have the means to radically improve your cash flow by removing barriers to payment. Barriers such as: not enough money in one account, lost invoices, more than one party paying an account, confusion around account already being paid, a need for progressive payments to accommodate individual circumstances, or wanting credit card payments to come off two different cards at the same time… the list goes on. We’re pretty sure we’ve considered every variable!

redPAY provides unmatched flexibility in enabling your customers to pay their account or fees via a number of avenues, whilst at the same time helping your business move to a paperless environment and streamline important business processes.

Our solution also allows for flexible billing dates and flexible frequency to support the cash flow requirements of your business. Tou can bill Monday through to Sunday and you can bill weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually. You can also accommodate different billing dates and frequency amongst your client / payee base.

Payment options and how they work

Real Time

redPAY enables real time online credit card payment, (Visa or Mastercard) debit card payment, and payments from bank accounts. Customers can make payments online from anywhere, anytime using a choice of bank accounts, credit or debit cards.

With redPAY it’s easy to enable your clients to pay in real time:

  • On an e-invoice with a PAY NOW button link

With the PAY NOW functionality the payee only needs to set it up once and provide the account details they want the payment to be made from (e.g one or multiple cards or accounts).

They then save their own 4-6 redPAY code number (associated with their account). Next time they are prompted to pay an invoice, they only need to click on the link and enter their own code to pay an invoice.

  • Via your website (from an email or paper-based invoice notification)

Because redPAY is cloud-based software, your business website has the ability to quickly accept online payments. The payee securely logs into your website’s portal to pay amounts due. As with the PAY NOW process, they only have to set it up once.  By seamlessly integrating redPAY with your website you can also easily sign-up new customers and start processing billing online from the get go.

Note: API Integration is required. (except for Child Care Central software users)

  • Onsite at your business (no eftpos machine needed)

Whilst at your premises, you can provide the payee with access to a tablet, phone or PC to initiate a payment online. The payee simply enters the mount they wish to pay and enters their unique code number to authorise the payment.

Once paid, redPAY automatically generates a paid receipt and emails your customer (the payee) for their records.

Upon payment you (the business owner) will also receive instant notification of the payment.

Direct Debit

By facilitating direct debits redPAY minimises bad debts and arrears. The system supports a number of payment options with Direct Debit:

  • Regular recurring direct debits
  • Payment plans
  • Invoice-based direct debits
  • The ability for direct debits to come from multiple accounts, e.g. bank account, credit card (multiple cards) and debit card.

To begin with we establish direct debit authorisations with your clients. Customers can set-up and manage their direct debit account details online or via paper-based registration instructions and updates (letter or fax).

The payee has the choice to nominate set debit amounts from which accounts, for a one-off payment, or for ongoing payments.

Clients can configure their system to send automated email reminders to payees regarding outstanding invoices and upcoming direct debits. This increases the likelihood of the funds being available in the payee’s nominated account when we process the direct debit transactions, thus enabling you to get paid on time.

redPAY deducts money from their nominated account/s once their invoice falls due.

redPAY automatically generates a paid receipt and emails your customer (the payee) for their records.

Upon payment you (the business owner) will also receive instant notification of the payment.

BPAY

redPAY enables customers to pay their bills form anywhere, anytime online using BPAY.

redPAY establishes your unique BPAY Biller Code and generates unique BPay Reference Numbers for each of your clients to be invoiced.

Upon receipt of an invoice (paper – or e-invoice), customers initiate payments by logging into their financial institution. From one of their bank accounts they pay funds to your unique biller code with their unique CRN (Client Reference Number). The unique CRN enables you to identify the payer.

redPAY automatically generates a paid receipt and emails your customer (the payee) for their records.

Upon payment you (the business owner) will also receive instant notification of the payment.

How and when you actually get paid

At redPAY we are committed to paying you (the business owner) as soon as feasibly possible. We do not hold onto your money.

Here’s how the following payment types work:

  • BPAY – You will also receive your payment funds in your bank account as soon as funds are cleared. Usually this is the next business day depending on your financial institution and the time the payment was made.
  • Credit Cards – You will receive payment funds into your bank account the next business day.
  • Debit Cards – You will receive payment funds into your bank account the next business day.
  • Bank Account – The funds clear in our account on the fourth business day and transferred to you on the same day. They should be available in your account the next business day, (i.e. Day 5).
