Does your service still give parents paper-based Direct Debit Forms?

Especially in COVID-19 times, paperless methods of exchanging information are essential.

Integrated with Child Care Central and Harmony Web, redPAY’s Online Direct Debit Form benefits early learning and OSHC services. It enables parents and families to quickly create or update their payment details via the Parent Portal directly in the Software.

Whether they are at home, work or on the move, parents can make any changes – whenever they like.

Why Use Online Direct Debit Forms?

Online Direct Debit Forms benefit both the service and their customers.

For early learning and OSHC services, the form creates a steady cash flow, with all client details easily accessible online. Additionally, redPAY Direct Debit automates the receipting process for staff, saving time and resources.

For parents and families, the online, paperless functionality is extremely beneficial for those that are time poor. Being able to update their payment details without having to physically enter their child’s service, chasing up a paper form is time saving.

How Does it Work?

  1. For parents, they simply login to Parent Portal and go to My Account.
  2. Then, select My Direct Debit Account and begin filling out any relevant payment details.

The form only takes 2 minutes to complete!

If early learning or OSHC services don’t use the Parent Portal, they can email parents a link to the Online Direct Debit form.

To help services with this task, the redPAY team has created a brochure to guide parents through this process.

User data is stored in redPAY’s Australian servers, meaning that parents payment information is protected and secure. If you are interested in simplifying the payment processes for families and parents, just start with redPAY, click here.
